Matt McDonnell - Matt is our resident expert in real estate, finance, operations, investments and all things related to expanding impact. Matt has led high growth organizations in both the nonprofit and for profit world and gives back by teaching entrepreneurship at the Acton School of Business.
Josh Rickel - The intersection of Marketing and sales drives Josh. He successfully built sales and marketing teams for numerous organizations and brings these successful and innovative disciplines to the nonprofit community.
Sharon Reddehase - Sharon has spent the last 25 years in Austin helping start-ups, corporations, nonprofits and foundations grow their businesses and has served on the boards of several nonprofits. Her passion is helping nonprofits thrive through strategic planning and operational excellence.
Katie Hall - Katie is responsible for leading fundraising for Notley and enjoys helping scale innovative nonprofits in Austin and beyond! Katie thrives on collaboration - she brings together individual donors, corporate supporters, strategic partnerships & fundraising. For over 15 years, she has worked in the areas of sales, operations management, finance & marketing.
Ashlynn Dickey - Ashlynn has over two decades of experience in the nonprofit sector. Most recently as a development executive at the University of Texas and prior to this as a professional counselor at LifeWorks. As a longtime resident of Austin, she’s all about creating opportunities for individuals and corporations to meet their philanthropic objectives, all while making a positive impact on the community.
Emily Seropian - Profitable, high impact events for nonprofits is in Emily’s DNA. Emily leads strategy, logistics and production of over 120 Notley events across the country per year and prior to joining Notley produced conferences for up to 100,000 attendees for Fortune 500 corporations.
Stephanie Moore - Stephanie has over ten years experience in accounting, finance, and operations management with a focus in the nonprofit sector. Activating the breadth of her experience in public accounting, private business, and nonprofit management, she is passionate about understanding the financial and operational opportunities of our clients and offering innovative, implementable solutions.
Savannah L. Barker - Savannah has years of experience in digital media, public relations and diversity, equity and inclusion in the nonprofit sector. Before moving to Austin, Savannah worked for Center Theatre Group, one of the largest nonprofit arts organizations in the nation, where she helped launch the first-ever Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access Taskforce.
